An Art Work A Day

My wonderful daughter and her boyfriend has come home from Malaga today. Here home in Norway the sun has been shining on a cold clear winter day where many have been either skiing or enjoying life on a chair facing the sun. Today I celebrate loving the warmt and brightness of the sun

I am still longing for sommer. One of my students left for Egypt today to much envy.

Today was pretty tough after staying up too late watching the last exitements of the election, but outside a beutiful sunny day helped make this a very nice day nevertheless. I hope you can feel some of that enjoyment from my ink sketch today.

I long for summer, sun and flowers so I had to create some of it on my own.

You are probably fairly cold now so I'll add a warmer painting before I add the last cobold blue one.

A dear friend as well as others has urged me to take a break from my cold colours and paint a bit in warmer tones. Yesterday since my son lay ill with pneumonia on the coach I used acrylics to avoid any fumes and decided to honor that promise.
