An Art Work A Day

I am a megareader and I read almost all kinds of litterature. However I must admit that I have not read any of the Shades of grey books and probably will not. A cosy chick lit book however on a dark and cold winter night in between grading student papers is a nice distraction. Pink Bird really daydream along with her romance books.

Today I am in Bergen, a city at the West coast of Norway situated in between mountains so rain is more the norm than not. Someone told me today that it had had 27 days of rain last month as we had today and yesterday so naturally today's work had to be about rain.

Today as well as yesterday I struggle with headache which include visual blurring. Very annoying since we have a FANTASTIC SUNNY weather outdoors to have to put on sun glasses indoors and go straight from work and into a dark bedroom and having to do the same during lunchhour. I wanted to be outdoors all day today but could not.

Pink and Blue Bird have their own challenges connected to the new sleeping arrangements after the wedding where they have to share the same pillow and duvet.

I managed to do the initial work on 3 Pink Bird ACEOs today so I am happy. Posting tonight I realized I have not posted the page boy at the wedding som here he is

I get so much enjoyment when working with these miniatures. I hope you too enjoy them.

And finally the big day has arrived.

Well Valentine's day is coming closer . . .

I have so enjoyed myself tonight doing the preliminary sketches for the wedding :-)

Yesterdays ACEO will be traveling to USA. It is nice to see that others like my birds :-)

I decided to have a day of rest and recovery after work today. I got a phone at 2 a.m. and was not able to go to sleep again before 5ish resulting in a night of about 4 hours sleep after some nights before this week with unrestful night.

All in all I decided to skip the gym today and concentrate on getting rested. If conditions outdoors had been less icy I would have taken a walk.

I have also concentrated on getting larger amounts of water in today. SO ...

Spending time deicing car and removing snow from it, I must admit a day on the beach in a warm country can be tempting.
