Well, one thing is for sure, I definately need to sketch a lot before I feel I master the difficult art of figure drawing.

Today I managed to run 2min30seconds for the first time in 20something years. It probably sounds like nothing to the runners out there but for me it has taken 4 months of training to get my joints to allow me to do it. Several parts of my body was not too happy about it afterwards either but my hope is that my body will handle it better and better as time goes. All in all I have been out 3 times today: 1h + 1h45 + 1h45. Food today has also been good :-)

Sometimes life is sunny due to being together with loved ones even though it rains cats and dogs. Had a lovely day together with daughter shopping today.
