Today's painting turned out very differently from what i planned. As often happens with me happened, the painting itself demanded to become how it became. I had nothing else to do than to accept it.

Spring is arriving a tiny bit by a tiny bit here in Norway. The last days and weeks though I must admit that I have only seen the spring urges in the cats this far. One of my 3 old cats runs around playing like was she a kitten these last days - definately spring urges no matter how sprayed she is.


Anyway, my theme for today is spring, flowers and romance. Now I only wait for the first flowers to start showing themselves outdoors too. I hope you like this abstract which has a bit of romantic and floral aspects.

LOL I have come in a situation where I have promised to be an exercise buddy for two of my collegues so today too I ended up doing two rounds of walking exercise. I am rather stiff tonight but so happy that my lungs finally would lalow me to do proper exercise again.

I wish everyone out there struggling for the umpteenth time with their diets or exercise regime the very best.
