Today I went straight to the gym from work. Spent 90 minutes there and can feel it here and there LOL.
started with 30 min on the treadmill cardio level but not HIT, and 5 min on the rowing machine. Also finished up my session with 5 min at the treadmill to get some natural movements in before I sat down in a cold car.

Quite a bit of stretching in between.
