Today I happily packed and sent away 5 of my paintings. I seem to be doing shipments once a week these days. This is beginning to be a habit hehehe which I very much enjoy.

I've been making more cards tonight both for demonstration purposes but also maybe to end up having 27 nice ones for Christmas ( number of students in my class). Not sure yet, maybe I'll go for more chirsmassy images.

sizes: folded A4 sheet which means that cardsize is A5
except for # 13-14 which are folded A5 => A6
Prices; $15 for first, 10 for additional

This little fellow is just so very determined to get exactly what he wants that I had to call it :

That's the one I want,

ink on Shuen paper

size: 17x23cm

$ 40 p&p worldwide included

Sent by International priority mail which is 4-7 days for example for Norway-USA

Of course not all the birds turn out equally good but I'll show you them anyway because I promised starting this commitment in January that I would not only show
the perfect results. There might be visitors to this blog that believe like I did for so many years that I could not paint or draw. They might believe it possible when they see also results that did not turn out that well.
I opened the third package of my calender from my daughter. Lovely napkins saying "Merry Christmas" and "Love and joy". Well, my kids are my Love and joy and the stars in my life. My son got a job today and has by that taken one step further towards becoming a grown man. I am very happy for him

Cards #6-11
size: Folded A4
price: $15 for one, additionals are +$10

Hi! Before school ends we have a socalled Christmas workshop day at our school and a collegue and I are responsible for the Christmas decorations and card and similar crafts group. Last week a lady inspired me on youtube to try out different kinds of paper for chinese brush painting practice and for fun and also told us that nice results could be used for cards.

I loved the idea and thought what a great way to combine me wanting to paint dozens and dozens of birds to practice different poses and making cards for that workshop. Being ill with the cold for the last week I had some extra time to do small work like this. here are the results. I kind of liked them and hope this will insprie my students. The paper used is one kind of papertowel that I found good and some acidfree coloured paper I bought a year ago. Not a cardboard, normal copy paper thickness. Our school budget is low at the moment and I also wanted to show mys tudents that lots of great art can be made by using simple materials.

The medium is normal quality student watercolours. I have expensive ones myself but then again I wanted to show what could be done with the ones we have at school.

Below are Card 1-5
sizes: folded A4 sheet
price in case someone should happen to fall for one is: $15 for one and then 10 for each additional. Multiple purchase can get further discounts. each are original signed artworks

Card 1 is on its way to MA, USA
