An Art Work A Day

Most of us know and use the expression "to see someone" in the meaning of seeing who we are, see how we feel and accept who we are and how we feel. In today's painting I focus on listening in a similar sense, more meaning listen to who I am, listen and understand how I feel - connect, not just hear what I say - the words and the open content also meet me as an individual. Few things are as difficult as opening up - few things as scary and few this as devastating as being met with a closed heart or harsh criticism.
