The last month I have struggled with a bad knee which in addition to having made me having to abort my workout program, has made movement and work painful 90 % of the time. Today since I have had a couple of slightly better days being very careful I tried a very modified careful series of exercises. Now my knee is fairly stiff and all fingers and toes are crossed that tomorrow will not be as horrible as the day after was the last time I tried to challenge myself by dancing 7 minutes. Today working out I gried to get some cardio by using my arms very vigorously. Today's painting tries to capture all of these things.
