For various reasons many people are in reality trapped in their own house. Their destiny is what has inspired today's painting. In my mind I see a person looking out of a window, so near to freedom but yet so very very far.

Unfortunately life sometimes gets a bit too much for people.
Today we had a teacher planning day which meant that we sat in a unventilated room on uncomfortable chairs all day. The lectrer was good but my body does not handle sitting that long that well.

Today I had a lovely visit from my daughter and her boyfriend. She had visited her Gran first so I did not get the honor of making dinner. I however bought some lovely fresh bread with olives on and we both loved it :-)
