With Tied hands, acrylics on paper

Today in the news here among other things we got the news that Guantanamo Bay will be closed and we also had some discussions on talk shows about what would happen to the prisoners. This prison has had lots of comments from among others Amnesty International.

Today I will post a painting that I did earlier when I thought about all that feel powerless not only prisoners but also persons having their hands tied behind their backs in more methaphorical ways. It is the emotion of feeling powerless that is my main goal to capture.

As usual I invite the viewer to interprete my work as they please.
